At the Serengeti National Park – where all action takes place, we have carefully selected accommodations of mobile camps that are close to the herds river crossing. The well-placed safari camps are well placed for the observation of wild game. In June and October – during the river crossing season in the northern Serengeti and during the calving season in the south western Ndutu area of Serengeti in January to March. 2. Ngorongoro Crater: UNESCO World heritage site – See the Big 5 at the ancient volcano
Ngorongoro Crater is a closed ecosystem and a World Heritage Site formed 2.5 years ago that exploded and collapsed (it is believed it was higher than Kilimanjaro). The crater floor, measuring in at around 600 metres (1 970 feet) deep, and covers about 260 square kilometres (100 square miles) is the best place in in Africa to see the Big 5 and supporting about 30,000 wild animals. The Ngorongoro habitat is where to go in Tanzania to see densest large mammal population in Africa, a reliable Big 5 game viewing and one of the seven natural wonders of the world!

3. Go Off the Beaten track: Ideal for intrepid travellers
Intrepid travellers would love the less visited areas, the parks and reserves of Tanzania. These incredible wildlife hotspots are far away from regular tourist crowds offer activities such as fishing, walking and boating safaris with off road night game viewing – which is not permitted in other parks and areas. Tanzania is probably the best and easiest to combine wildlife safari and beach hideaways of Zanzibar Island. The Indian Ocean coast is diverse in best accommodation, activities not to mention turquoise waters of the white sandy beaches. The Tanzania Swahili coast and Zanzibar are both accessible with both International and internal local short flights. Zanzibar – one of the world’s most romantic honeymoon destinations with an archipelago of island like Mnemba Island – a private island holiday paradise, Pemba Island – among the world’s best diving sites and Mafia Island – swim with migrating whale sharks (around October to April)
5. Climbing Kilimanjaro: Africa’s Highest Mountain
Mount Kilimanjaro is undoubtably the tallest mountain in Africa and also the highest free-standing mount in the world. Souring almost 6 kilometres (4 miles) above Tanzania’s savannah, sometimes referred as the Roof of Africa’ it can take five or more days to reach the Kibo summit.
